EXPLORING COURAGEOUS CONVERSATIONS WITH CHILDREN

Event description

When should we start engaging in conversations about diversity with children? What if we make a mistake along the way? Join us to address some of these common questions and explore how we can embrace co-learning opportunities to discuss diversity, inclusion, and equity in our families. We will reflect on our own cultural lens of talking about race and diversity, engage in activities that better prepare us to navigate courageous conversations, and obtain resources that help us continue our ongoing co-learning responsibilities.
